If you use the Signalix software platform or other paid services under a separate customer agreement, order form, or statement of work, those contractual terms govern your use of the Platform and prevail over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNALIX'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SIGNALIX FOR WEBSITE-RELATED SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Signalix and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Website, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
